Visa Letters

If you need a visa to attend The Safety & Security Event Series (The Health & Safety Event, The Security Event, The Fire Safety Event, The Workplace Event, and National Cyber Security Show) it is essential that you begin the application process as soon as possible, in order that you obtain your visa in time for the show or registration deadline. Visa application procedures for entering many countries, and in particular the UK, have become stricter and more complex following Covid-19, and therefore it can take much longer to process your application than anticipated. You must submit your own application to the relevant authority and follow up accordingly. The Safety & Security Event Series is unable to follow up your application on your behalf or enter into direct correspondence with consulates.

A Visa Support Letter will ONLY be issued to SPEAKERS and EXHIBITORS who have been invited by The Safety & Security Event Series or who have paid their exhibition registration fee in full. Once we have confirmed receipt of payment from the proposed attendee, we will need the full name, nationality, passport number, expiry date and date of birth for the attendee, only then can we issue a Visa Support Letter. The Visa Support Letter will confirm the event title, date and location. It will also confirm whether the individual is a speaker or exhibitor. It will not imply any undertaking to provide funding nor act as financial guarantee for your stay in the UK. The Safety & Security Event Series reserves the right not to issue a Visa Support Letter in certain cases even if above conditions have been met. Exhibition Fees will not be refunded in the case of a Visa not being obtained.

CPD CERTIFICATES

We are proud to be able to offer a CPD-accredited educational programme designed to provide expert insight and learnings for professionals. This year we have partnered with CPDMe who will be available onsite to help facilitate your certificates of attendance and build your CPD points portfolio.

Please ensure you scan the QR code at the end of each session as this will register your attendance and issue you a downloadable certificate of attendance.

Visitors will need to contact their professional body, employer or association to add their certification of attendance to their personal record to show the further learning they have achieved for that year.
