With over 21 years of experience, Toni has been actively involved in promoting a positive H&S culture, conducting H&S audits including ISO 45001, and implementing policies. Additionally, Toni is a member of the Cromwell Safety Board. With over 25 years in leadership, Toni is enthusiastic about new technology and the opportunities it brings, including AI and its applications.
