I'm a Health and Safety Advisor driven by a passion for learning and improving how health and safety is understood and applied in the workplace. My interest in the field started while managing businesses in the hospitality sector, where I saw first hand the importance and impact from embedding strong safety management. That experience led me to transition fully into the industry, obtaining my NEBOSH OHS Diploma and wanting to develop further. Over the past five years, I’ve worked across multiple sectors - including various manufacturing, cargo handling, fuel distribution, and renewable energy operations - developing systems that improve safety without relying on box-ticking practices. I focus on practical, meaningful solutions that encourage real engagement to make workplaces safer in ways that actually work.
