Scott’s background is in sport psychology before transitioning to work for Network Rail where he worked in the Culture Change and Transformation team. He has helped design and deliver transformation projects for around 30,000 staff and contractors. Scott has been at Tribe for over a year now working with a variety of clients and projects helping our clients achieve their cultural ambitions.
