With over 28 years knowledge and experience gained from a broad range of health and safety positions, Becky now works as the Head of Health and Safety at the BESA Group and has responsibility for delivering expert health and safety advice and guidance to BESA members and external clients. The Building Engineering Services Association (BESA) is the UK’s leading trade association for contractors specialising in the heating, cooling and ventilation of homes and non-domestic buildings, representing more than 1,000 member companies who are predominately SMEs.

Developed a comprehensive evaluation document tailored specifically for our health and safety members. This tool serves as a means to gauge our current practices, pinpoint areas of strength, and identify areas ripe for improvement. By collecting feedback directly from our members involved in health and safety, we aim to foster a culture of continuous enhancement and ensure that our efforts align with our overarching objectives.
