Ratna embarked on her career by leading change initiatives at a newly established chemical plant in Milton Keynes, demonstrating her aptitude for driving organizational transformation from the ground up. Throughout her journey, she progressively transitioned to influencing change across European and eventually global sites, leaving a trail of impactful initiatives in her wake.
As a pivotal member of a dynamic team, Ratna played a significant role in orchestrating a comprehensive Safety Culture program within her company. This multifaceted initiative encompassed executive leadership coaching and multiplier training, fostering a holistic approach to safety and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
