Nick moved into health and safety management in 2023 after eight years as a research chemist. His role at a large chemical company includes working with automotive testing groups and research and development teams. Nick has found IOSH's professional development resources valuable. He is looking forward to sharing his career-change experiences with those in the future leaders community considering a similar move.
