Michael is a Health and Safety leader with 25+ years of experience in HSEQ management. He has held senior roles as a Campus Manager for a semiconductor client and Project Supervisor for Design and Construction across commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre projects. 

For the past 11 years, he led Mercury’s QEHSS strategy as the Group QEHSS Director of Mercury, a European contractor specialising in data centres and advanced technology projects.

Michael has led workplace safety innovation, driving digital transformation and behavioural-based safety programs. An expert in design risk assessment, he is a proven innovator with a track record of continuous improvement.
