Kevin applies an Organisation Development lens developed over the past 25 years to much of his culture development work. He prefers evidence-based methodologies to a ‘Fire, Aim, Ready’ approach, and continues to be surprised at how little organisations invest in monitoring and evaluation. Put all this together and on a good day you will see someone who is rigorous, supportive, and challenging in equal measure… he has helped clients and individuals win national awards. Away from work, he is a Level 3 ‘Head Coach’ in table tennis, a sport he played professionally a long time ago!
