Ken is a respected consultant with over fifty years industrial and safety management experience. He has an engineering background and specialised in project management in oil and gas, petro-chemical, energy and manufacturing industries for over thirty years.

This hands-on management experience was gained in the UK, Europe, the Middle and Far East, the Caribbean and the USA where Ken used his skills and knowledge to plan and deliver the projects efficiently, cost-effectively and, above all, safely. Ken co-founded two companies that were acquired by large organisations and helped to lead both organisations in their quest for safety improvement.

He has used this experience over the last twenty years to advise organisations how to operate safely and profitably and is a firm believer that the two are inextricably linked.

Ken uses his leadership experience to advise directors and managers on how to make the changes in their organisations that will lead to the operational and safety improvements they are seeking.

He now works as a trainer and consultant in a part time capacity, provides voluntary safety advice and training for charitable organisations and as a mentor to people progressing through the health and safety industry.
