Make UK Health and Safety Briefing Webinar Back by Popular Demand
Make UK are pleased to advise that their Spring Health and Safety Briefing Webinar is back by popular demand.
The webinar will take place on Wednesday 8 May from 10.30am to 11.30am. This virtual event aims to provide invaluable insights and practical strategies for individuals navigating the complex landscape of workplace health and safety.
The webinar will feature experts from Make UK and trusted third parties who will share their expertise. Additionally, the webinar will include:
Legal Update: Updates on current health and safety regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence and avoid potential liabilities
Interactive Q&A: Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in an interactive Q&A session
The hot topic for 2024 hasn’t been announced yet but the team have a strong track record of selecting a talking-point that’s ahead of the curve. In Spring 2023, the hot topic selected by the Make UK EHS team was metalworking fluids. Just four months later, Health and Safety Executive (HSE) announced a campaign highlighting dangers from metalworking fluids and started carrying out unannounced inspections.
Make UK’s Environment, Health and Safety Director, Chris Newson said: We are committed to improving EHS knowledge and skills in individuals and organisations across the UK. I would encourage any EHS professional that wants to enhance their organisation's health and safety practices to attend.
Registration for the webinar is completely free and anyone interested in joining can secure their spot by clicking the webinar registration link.
