Communicate safely and effectively with DCRS two-way radios

DCRS continue to support NHS and essential businesses during this time. As countries begin to relax lockdown restrictions put in place to tackle the covid-19 pandemic, many workers will be returning to shops, offices, and factories after weeks and months in isolation. The government have updated their official website which states that they encourage the use of radios if you are going back into the workplace.

Government Guidelines

Moving around buildings and worksites:
Objective: To maintain social distancing wherever possible while people travel through the workplace.

Steps that will usually be needed:
Reducing movement by discouraging non-essential trips within buildings and sites, for example, restricting access to some areas, encouraging use of radios or telephones, where permitted, and cleaning them between use.
