ZoneSafe long-range vehicle-to-vehicle detection and anti-collision significantly reduce the risk of vehicle collisions and damage. The system fits any industrial vehicle and provides two configurable warning zones - an outer pre-warning zone and an inner warning zone.

V2V SENSOR

The ZoneSafe vehicle-to-vehicle sensors are compatible with any industrial vehicle. Two configurable warning zones provide detection of vehicles up to 50 metres away. Upon vehicle detection, the sensor signals the ZoneSafe control unit.

DETECTION WARNING ZONE

Two warning zones provide detection of other vehicles: • Outer Pre-Warning Zone • Inner Warning Zone The outer pre-warning zone detects vehicles in the distance whilst the inner warning zone detects vehicles in close proximity.

CONTROL UNIT

The in-cab control unit is located next to the driver offering easy access. When the V2V sensor detects another vehicle, an audible, visual alarm from the control unit warns the driver. Different alarm sounds indicate whether the detected vehicle is in the inner or outer warning zone.

SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

Connecting via a web-enabled device (such as a mobile phone) allows you to configure detection ranges, alarm volume and alarm sounds easily.
