Safety Control Panels are required for upgrading machinery, where industry standards must be met. These panels offer a seamless integration process and reliable protection for both equipment and workforce. Full as-built electrical drawings are included with each panel. There is no standard electrical panel for machinery. We work on the basis that specific machinery needs must be met as required. Included in the safety control panels are typically, at minimum, a low-voltage power supply and a dual-channel safety relay with fault monitoring. Dependant on the features that need to be implemented into machinery, these panels can be altered to suit, whilst keeping a user-friendly design which is compliant to BS EN 60204 Safety of machinery.
