Activated Warning & Zone Control
WARN PEDESTRIAN WORKERS OF APPROACHING VEHICLES AT CROSSING POINTS AND BLIND CORNERS, EVEN SLOW APPROACHING VEHICLES DOWN WITH ACTIVE SIGNAGE AND ZONE CONTROL.
Physical segregation of workplace vehicles and pedestrian workers is the best and safest way to prevent collision accidents. However, physical segregation is not always achievable due to site layout, pedestrian crossings and worksite operations.
ZoneSafe’s activated visual warnings and zone control provide a site-wide solution to reduce pedestrian and vehicle collision risks whilst increasing segregation.
ACTIVATED WARNING LIGHTS
Flashing lights and warning beacons at crossing points warn pedestrian workers of an approaching vehicle. Warning sirens are optional if required.
ACTIVATED WARNING SIGNS
When vehicles are approaching, activated warning signs alert pedestrian workers to the vehicle at crossing points, blind corners and at the end of warehouse racking and aisles.
PROJECTED WARNING SYMBOLS
Warning signs are instantly projected onto the floor when a vehicle is approaching. This solution is most effective at blind corners or at the ends of storage racking to warn of approaching vehicles.
TRAFFIC LIGHTS
Let pedestrian workers know when it’s safe to cross at roadways, crossing points or exits through doors, gates and barriers into operational areas using traffic light solutions.
VEHICLE SPEED ZONE
Speed Zones control the speed of the vehicle in designated areas such as pedestrian crossings and vehicle doorways. Please note - speed restriction depends on the type of vehicle in operation.
PEDESTRIAN ACCESS
Doors, swing gates, and barriers automatically lock upon detection of an approaching vehicle. When the vehicle moves away, the door, gate or barrier will automatically unlock.
